Loyalty Scheme
Let's break down the point syste in detail, focusing on how you earn points for your purchases and how to redeem those points for discounts.
Earning Points:

Point Accumulation:

For every purchase you make, you earn points based on the amount spent.

The rate is 1 point for every 1 euro spent. This means that if you spend 10 euros, you earn 10 points. If you spend 100 euros, you earn 100 points, and so on.

When you sign up you automatically get an initial free 50 points

Redeeming Points:
Once you've accumulated points, you can redeem them for cash backs. The redeemable amounts are defined at certain threshold

When you reach 500 points, you can redeem these points for a discount of 25 euros off your next purchase.

When you reach 1000 points, you can redeem these for a bigger discount of 60 euros off your next purchase.

If your total purchase is 150 euros and you redeem 1000 points, your new total would be 100 euros (150 euros - 50 euros discount).

In the meantime there will be instances where the points can be redeemed pro-rata to the number of points available
Additional Considerations:

Point Expiry: There is no point expiry so this remains cumulative

Eligibility: Always verify what purchases qualify for earning points (e.g., gift cards or items on sale).

Stacking Discounts: The point system cannot be used on sale items

In store Purchases: For the time being any in store purchase can also be added to your points - just send us a photo of your receipt on one of our socials and your account details and these will be added accordingly. This is temporarily.
